Professor Iain Cameron is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Head of the School of Medicine at the University of Southampton. After graduating in Medicine at the University of Edinburgh, he underwent postgraduate clinical and research training in general obstetrics and gynaecology and reproductive medicine in Edinburgh, Melbourne and Cambridge. He held the Regius Chair of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Glasgow from 1993 and moved to Southampton in 1999. His main clinical and research interests are reproductive endocrinology, the treatment of sub-fertility and investigation of the impact of the maternal environment on early pregnancy.
