In 2010 the Hike for Hope will be in Kerala, India, 20-28 November
The five-day trek (9 day adventure) takes place in the region of Kerala on the south west coast of India tucked between the mountainous Western Ghats and the Lakshadweep Sea. You will have the opportunity to explore an enchanting landscape of forest, tea estates, cardamom plantations, paddy fields and palm trees, camping overnight in picturesque mountain locations. The hike finishes with a stay in historic Kochi set on a cluster of islands and narrow peninsulas. Find out more here
Girls Get Tough
Hike the Himalayas now 30 October to 9 November 2010
An all women group, will take part in this amazing adventure discovering the magnificent Indian Himalayas on a trek in the north-eastern province of Himachal Pradesh. The hike will take them across rivers and along breathtaking mountain trails, camping in spectacular locations along the way. More info HERE
Girls Get Tough 2011
Trek The Jordan Desert 29 October - 5 November 2011
WOMEN OF ALL AGES are invited to join the second amazing Girls Get Togh challenge, a truly spectacular hike through the Araboan desert in Jordan at the Dead Sea - the lowest point on eart - and finishing in the ancient rock city of Petra. More Info HERE

Previous Hike for Hopes
The third Hike for Hope across the Sinai Desert was completed in March 2009 - you can read more about the trek here. Previous treks in Jordan and Kenya have raised nearly £1 million to stop prostate and gynaecological cancers ruining lives.
