One in seven couples struggle with their fertility, yet we still don't talk about the issue openly. However, the tide is turning, with greater discussion in the media and online and more people opting to use donor eggs or preserve their fertility through freezing eggs and sperm. Employers are also becoming more proactive about fertility by putting support in place for staff undergoing treatment.

Join our Chair Professor Dame Lesley Regan, leading UK fertility expert and frequent guest speaker on ITV’s This Morning Dr Larisa Corda, and Consultant Gynaecologist and Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine Miss Lisa Webber. Together, they will examine some of the big questions impacting people’s fertility journeys.

Together they will cover:

  • Do we know enough about our fertility?
  • When to start thinking about fertility?
  • What are the potential complications?
  • What are the routes to pregnancy?

The session will explore ways to open up the conversation around fertility, so employers, colleagues, friends and family members can better support those going through complications and understand the impact it can have.

Have a question for one of our speakers? Email events@wellbeingofwomen.org.uk before the event and they’ll do their best to answer your questions during the session.
