Wellbeing of Women Needs You Now
Below are a selection of Challenges you can get involved this year to support of the work of Wellbeing of Women. Your support will make an enormous difference to our research into women’s health.
Mountain guides will lead you on each mountain and food and drink will be provided, including snacks to carry with you.

National Three Peaks Challenge
The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, often within 24 hours.
Cost: £455 per person: Fundraising target: £450
28 – 30 June; 5 – 7 July; 26-28 July; 20-22 September; 4-6 October
Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge
This challenge will have you trekking over the famous Yorkshire Three Peaks within a period of just 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The route is extremely scenic and provides spectacular views over the Yorkshire countryside. While it lasts just one day, this challenge should not be taken lightly as the terrain is extremely varied involving some steep ascents and descents.
Cost: £178 person: Fundraising target: £250 person

Welsh 3000s Challenge
Take your challenge experience to the next level with this classic mountain challenge in stunning Snowdonia. All 3000ft mountains, in a single epic weekend. One incredible adventure to test yourself against.
Cost: £475 per person; Fundraising target: £500
