Wellbeing of Women is seeking a Partnerships and Community Fundraising Executive to help our charity transform the lives of women and babies.


We are the UK’s foremost women’s health charity looking for a Partnerships and Community Fundraising Executive to join our fundraising team. If you are passionate about women’s health and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working with a wide variety of people, then we’d love to hear from you.  

It’s an exciting time to join the organisation as we are launching new partnerships and developing several new income streams.  

About the role 

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships and Community Fundraisingthe role will work primarily across corporate partnerships, challenge events, digital fundraising campaigns and community fundraising initiatives 

You will help plan, implement and develop our community income streams to deliver the target income and support on corporate partnerships to identify potential new partners, develop new proposals/pitches and manage current partners to deliver maximum impact.  

The role will give you the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Head of Partnerships and Community Fundraising to review the organisation’s community fundraising products and processes, and implement new ideas and campaigns and products designed to increase our supporter engagement and community income.  

As part of a small team that supports each other’s work, you will also be required to help at some of our major donor events 

About you 

We are looking for someone with at least three years’ fundraising experience in a corporate or community fundraising role but are also open to applications from candidates with equivalent experience in the public/private sector.  

The ideal candidate will be; 

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal and enjoy working with people and nurturing relationships 
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the current fundraising climate, and digital marketing and fundraising products 
  • Brave, plenty of drive with an entrepreneurial streak
  • Bring energy and new ideas with them 

About Wellbeing of Women 

Wellbeing of Women invests in medical research into women’s health across the lifespan, saving and improving the lives of women and their families.  

We are passionate about raising money to invest in research that will drive progress in women’s health to make sure all women can enjoy fulfilled lives without being held back by debilitating, overlooked health conditions.  

Our research covers the breadth of women’s health issues through all stages of life, from heavy periods, endometriosis and the menopause to fertility issues, pregnancy, childbirth complications and gynae cancers. 

Many of today’s routine medical practices in women’s health and childbirth can be directly traced back to research funded by Wellbeing of Women – we are a small team with a huge impact.
