Are you supporting a teenager who struggles with difficult periods? You’re not alone.

Join us for a private and confidential online support session, designed for parents and carers who want to better understand and support their teenager through the challenges of menstrual pain and difficult symptoms.

Hosted by experienced volunteers, including women’s health specialists and a GP, this session is intended to offer:

✔ A safe space to share experiences and concerns in a supportive conversational format
✔ Expert insights into managing painful periods and when to seek medical help
✔ Practical advice on supporting your teen’s wellbeing
✔ The chance to connect with others who understand

This event is run in association with Wellbeing of Women and Endometriosis UK, and is completely free to attend.

Whether you’re looking for guidance, reassurance, or simply a place to be heard, we welcome you to join us.

This is the first in a series of support events, designed to evolve and cater for needs as we explore them.
