Walk & Talk: A Wellbeing Challenge for Women’s Health

Are you passionate about supporting women’s health and wellbeing? Join Walk & Talk, our fundraising challenge designed to spark open conversations about women’s health, at home, in society and in the workplace – from menstrual health to menopause and beyond.

Why Walk & Talk?

While awareness of women’s health issues is growing, 65% of women still feel uneasy discussing health issues. Let’s change that – together. This event is your chance to:
✅ Bring friends and colleagues together for a meaningful and active day
✅ Start important conversations using our helpful prompts
✅ Raise awareness and help end stigma around women’s health
✅ Raise funds for life-changing research, education and advocacy work

Be part of a passionate community of people standing up for women’s health.
