Walk Your Own Way: A wellbeing challenge for women’s health

Join our Walk Your Own Way, our fundraising challenge designed to spark open and honest conversations about women’s health.

Why Walk Your Own Way?

Awareness of women’s health is growing, yet 65% of women still feel uneasy talking about health issues. Walk Your Own Way gives you a chance to slow down and have these conversations in a supportive, comfortable space. Walking side by side outdoors not only makes it easier to open up, but being out in the fresh air, noticing your surroundings and moving together can lift your mood, reduce stress and help you feel more connected to the people you’re walking with.

This event is your chance to:
✅ Bring people together for a meaningful and active day
✅ Support life-changing research, education, and advocacy
✅ Use conversation prompts to guide open, honest discussions
✅ Raise awareness and help end stigma around women’s health
