Inclusivity policy

Wellbeing of Women work to improve women’s reproductive and gynaecological health, but it is important to recognise that it is not only people who identify as women for whom our work is relevant.

There are trans men, and non-binary and intersex people, who require access to information, treatment, care and support relating to women’s gynaecological and reproductive health.

We aim to be inclusive and sensitive to the needs of those individuals whose gender identity does not align with the sex they were assigned at birth.
