Menopause Workplace Pledge

Women make up nearly half of the UK workforce, but around 900,000 have quit their jobs because of the menopause.

People often struggle with their menopause symptoms in the workplace. This is why we are calling on employers to sign the Menopause Workplace Pledge and take positive action to make sure everyone going through the menopause is supported.

We are proud to partner with Hello! Magazine on this important campaign. Supported by Bupa.

Our high profile supporters include Royal Patron HRH The Countess of Wessex, Ambassadors Baroness Karren Brady and Carol Vorderman, as well as Lord Karan Bilimoria, Caroline Nokes and Carolyn Harris MPs.
