While we cannot change the external events around us, we can definitely manage our health, our state of mind and our ability to be resilient . Through simple yoga and breathing practices we can better our health issues like thyroid, diabetes, blood pressure, constipation, etc. and allay the anxiety, fear, restlessness and fatigue that many of us are feeling.

This unique and free lunchtime yoga event is open to everyone working in the RCOG building on Union Street.

Sanjana Taneja Dixit founder of positive ma from India is a Yoga acharya (teacher) and is pursuing her PhD in yoga education. Influenced by her teachers , peers, environment and her travels she aims to establish deep nurturing connections with her students that empower them to heal from within. Through intention, asana, pranayama and meditation her goal is to have her students leave class refreshed and renewed. She teaches in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting the student experience for themselves.
