How to create healthy nutrition and exercise habits in the workplace-image

Our working life today is often full of meetings, tight deadlines, and constant multitasking, so it’s easy for health to take a back seat. Especially for women, who often juggle multiple roles both in and outside the workplace.

Good nutrition and regular physical activity are not just "nice-to-haves". They're essential building blocks for long-term wellbeing, energy, resilience, and performance. For women, whose bodies go through unique hormonal and life-stage changes, the right lifestyle choices can make a profound difference in everything from mood and focus to immunity, sleep quality, and productivity.

Unfortunately, when we neglect these foundations, such as, skipping meals, staying sedentary, or not prioritising self-care, the effects don’t just show up in our personal lives. They affect how we show up at work:

  • Fatigue and brain fog become common
  • Stress becomes harder to manage
  • Productivity dips and absenteeism can increase
  • And over time, health complications can arise that are costly for both individuals and organisations

Rajni Singh, a leading voice in women’s health and wellness will share information and practical, science-backed guidance on how nutrition and movement can become powerful tools for better health and better workdays. This session will explore the critical link between nutrition, exercise, and overall health, with a focus on how these elements play out in the workplace.

Whether you're an employer, a people manager, or an employee looking to boost your own wellbeing, you'll leave this session with actionable insights you can bring into your everyday life and workplace culture.

Have a question? Email [email protected] before the event and they’ll do their best to answer your questions during the session.
