This free webinar about menopause is for everyone – employers and employees, men and women. You will receive practical advice for improving support in the workplace for colleagues experiencing menopause.
Hosted by menopause expert Diane Danzebrink, Diane will be joined by a Karen Peart and Charlotte Richman, as well as Zoe Irons from Wellbeing of Women and Liz Cunningham from Menopause Reality.
Diane Danzebrink is a personal and corporate consultant, speaker and educator, passionate about menopause and mental health. She is the author of Making Menopause Matter and the founder of the purpose over profit organisation Menopause Support, and the national #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.
Karen Peart, LDC Operations Manager for law firm Dentons. Karen co-leads Dentons' menopause committee, and has implemented numerous initiatives to improve culture around menopause for their teams. Karen will share some learnings from her experiences of improving support for colleagues.
Charlotte Richmond , People Operations Manager at Aiimi. Charlotte is passionate about all things relating to menopause and menstruation in the workplace, from educating teams to ensuring managers have the right knowledge and training in place to support their teams.

This webinar is one of a series of five on menopause in the workplace, organised as part of the Menopause Xplored project.
We are working with Menopause Reality, a multi-film immersive project from Forward Slash Films, sharing individual stories of women's experiences of the menopause in the workplace, viewed in VR headsets. Workshops will be delivered by leading menopause expert Diane Danzebrink from Menopause Support.
Menopause Xplored has been developed by Wellbeing of Women and is funded through the VCSE Health and Wellbeing Fund. This is part of a partnership programme between the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England and the UK Health Security Agency.
