Please join Wellbeing of Women and the University of Lancaster at the official launch of MENO-kit - the UK’s first comprehensive, free, evidence-based online training toolkit designed to help workplaces better support employees experiencing menopause symptoms.

This timely event brings together policymakers, experts and leaders to explore how employers can improve retention, productivity, wellbeing and equity through meaningful action on menopause in the workplace.

What to expect

  • Welcome and keynote address from Rt Hon Dame Diana Johnson MP, Minister for Employment
  • Live demonstration of MENO-Kit by Dr Abigail Morris, Lecturer in Organisational Health and Wellbeing, Lancaster University
  • An expert panel discussion on menopause in the workplace, featuring Rachel Suff, Senior Policy and Practice Adviser at CIPD, Deborah Turner, National Lead for Women in Enterprise at the Federation of Small Businesses, and additional speakers to be announced, with practical insights for employers and leaders

About MENO-kit

MENO-kit is a pioneering, evidence-based digital resource designed to support all workplaces, regardless of size, in responding effectively to menopause. It provides accessible, practical guidance and training to help organisations create inclusive, informed and supportive environments.

Why attend

The launch comes at a pivotal moment, aligning with the Government’s renewed focus on women’s health following the publication of the updated Women’s Health Strategy, and forthcoming requirements for larger employers (250+ employees) to develop Equality Action Plans, including menopause support.

This is an opportunity to:

  • Be among the first to explores this important new national resource
  • Hear directly from policymakers and subject-matter experts
  • Understand how to prepare your organisation for upcoming expectations
  • Be part of a growing movement to improve women’s health at work

We hope you can join us for this important and forward-looking discussion.

Funded by Wellbeing of Women and developed by leading researchers at Lancaster University, the University of Nottingham and King's College London, MENO-kit is grounded in over a decade of research into menopause at work. It has been rigorously tested with UK organisations to ensure it is practical, relevant and easy to implement in real-world settings.
