Join Walk Your Own Way, a fundraising challenge designed to spark open and honest conversations about women's health while supporting life-changing research, education and advocacy.

Why Take Part?

Awareness of women's health is growing, but many women still feel uncomfortable talking about health issues. Walking side by side creates a relaxed, supportive space for meaningful conversations, while spending time outdoors can boost wellbeing and help people feel more connected.

By taking part, you'll:

✅ Start important conversations about women's health
✅ Raise awareness and help break down stigma
✅ Support pioneering research, education and advocacy
✅ Enjoy a meaningful day of movement and connection

Who's It For?

Walk Your Own Way is for everyone.

Whether you're:

  • A workplace team looking for a wellbeing or volunteer day away from the desk
  • A group of friends or family wanting to spend meaningful time together
  • An individual keen to raise awareness and support women's health
