🌟 Join The House of Hormones Walk & Talk for Women's Health!

Are you looking to support women's health and wellbeing at your workplace? 65% women are uncomfortable talking about health issues at work and are twice as likely to experience mental health issues at work than men, due to infertility, PMS, menopause.

At Wellbeing of Women not only are we investing in ground-breaking research that save and change the lives of women and their families, we drive change through our educational campaigns.

👣 Set your target, make a difference!

For Wellbeing of Women's 60th anniversary, let's make every step count. Choose to walk 60 mins and split however you decide, for example 1 x 60 min walk or 3 x 20 min walks during the week.

Walking with friends? Why not aim for 60km as a team total splitting the walks over the week.

With more funds, we can continue to invest in research to develop new innovations for diagnosis and treatments, and develop more campaigns tackling stigma and influencing policy to improve outcomes across women's health.

Sign up today and receive your exclusive Walk & Talk fundraising t-shirt, along with a downloadable fundraising pack containing everything you need to kickstart your journey including how to set up your Just Giving page and set the minimum fundraising target of £100.

🏁 How to Participate:

  1. Start by registering your company and set up your fundraising page (we will walk you through the steps on Enthuse).
  2. Choose a day for your walk. We recommend holding it on a team day, staff volunteer day or wellbeing week so that as many of your colleagues can participate. You can schedule your walk at any time of the year (which is why the end date is the end of the year)
  3. Choose your location. We recommend choosing a local park or green space near your office and hosting your walk there.
  4. We will send you a t-shirt order form upon registration. We will also send through:
    • An editable poster so that you can promote your event.
    • A QR code for your team fundraising page so supporters can start donating as soon as possible.
    • The "Talking Points" sheet that will get the conversation started on the walk. We recommend printing and taking them on your walk.
    • Digital health information flyers that can be shared with staff.
    • Consider asking your company to match funds raised by staff to raise even more for women's health!
