Menopausal women are the fastest growing demographic in the workforce. For some women, menopause symptoms can be difficult to manage in the workplace without proper support. But with the right support women can stay in work and thrive.
Supporting employees affected by the menopause can help to increase staff retention, reduce recruitment costs, improve productivity, happiness and wellbeing, and ensure a more diverse workforce.
Please consider signing your organisation up to the Menopause Workplace Pledge and commit to being a menopause-positive employer.
Organisations such as Tesco, Santander UK, Harper Collins UK, PwC and Bupa have already signed. But it’s not only for large organisations. The Menopause Workplace Pledge Toolkit has been specifically designed to support organisations of all sizes to make change that is meaningful, but manageable.
