Menopause Awareness Workplace Training

Women over the age of 50 are the fastest-growing demographic in the workforce. At this stage of their careers, women are often at their most successful and experienced, yet many feel compelled to reduce their hours, pass up promotions, or even leave their jobs due to a lack of menopause support.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. Simple steps can be taken to support women experiencing menopause, helping to retain skilled staff and prevent avoidable career disruptions. Our Menopause Awareness Workplace Training Course, developed by NHS England in partnership with Wellbeing of Women, will equip you and your organisation to provide better support and create a thriving work environment.

Are you ready to pledge your support for women experiencing menopause at work?

Women make up nearly half of the UK workforce, yet many feel forced to reduce their hours, pass up promotions, or even leave their jobs due to lack of menopause support.

This is why we are calling on employers to sign the Menopause Workplace Pledge and take positive action to make sure everyone going through the menopause is supported.
