Introduction

By participating in the free prize draw, you are agreeing to these free prize draw terms and conditions. The free prize draw is being run by Wellbeing of Women.

The prize draw will run from 00.00 on April 9th, 2024, until 00.00 on May 16th, 2024

Eligibility to Enter

The free prize draw is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. Wellbeing of Women employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

To be eligible to attend these events & thus enter the draw you and anyone you refer must work for or own an SME that employs less than 250 employees but has more than 2 employees.

By entering the draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

You will receive one entry for booking and attending a Menopause Xplored Event and an additional entry for referring a friend or colleague who also books and attends. The draw is completely free to enter.

The Prize

The winning prize will be £50 Amazon digital gift card.

The use of specific brands as prizes by Wellbeing of Women does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Wellbeing of Women's decision on any aspect of the free prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided within 5 days after the event.

Wellbeing of Women will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Wellbeing of Women reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the free prize draw will be used by Wellbeing of Women for the purposes of administering the free prize draw and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected].

If requested by Wellbeing of Women the winner agrees to release their first initial & surname to other free prize draw participants. Winners can object to their details being shared by emailing [email protected]. However, without prejudice, we will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon reasonable request.

Limitation of Liability

Wellbeing of Women accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the free prize draw or being selected for a prize.

General

Wellbeing of Women reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the free prize draw or amend these terms and conditions.
