Menopause Workplace Pledge in the running for two major awards

Our campaign receives national recognition for the difference it's making to millions of UK workers

We are delighted to reveal that the Menopause Workplace Pledge has been shortlisted for two national media awards!

Through our partnership with Hello! Magazine, the pledge has made the shortlist for a PPA Award, which celebrates outstanding achievements and innovation in UK specialist media.

It has also been named a finalist in the Best Publisher-led Social Good Initiative or Campaign category of the 2023 Digital Publishing Awards.

The winners for both awards will be announced next month, so keep your fingers crossed for us!

Last year, the Menopause Workplace Pledge, which is supported by Bupa, was a runner-up in the Big Impact category of the Third Sector Awards. It is great to see the pledge continue getting the recognition it deserves.

The Menopause Workplace Pledge was launched in October 2021 at a roundtable event, co-chaired by The Duchess of Edinburgh, our Royal Patron, to highlight the “tragic impact” that the menopause can have on women in the workplace.

Women are having to leave their jobs, reduce their hours and pass up promotions due the menopause, despite making up nearly half the workforce and vital contributions to businesses and the economy.

More than 2,000 organisations have signed the pledge. Together, they are developing and implementing menopause support benefitting millions of workers in the UK.

Join our campaign now and let's continue to make a difference for women in work.
